The most popular option among landlords that want a worry free rental service. Allowing us to keep up to date with the ever changing legislations. We will handle all the aspects of your rental from the initial property valuation through to the end of tenancy.
Fee for this service:- 9% of the rent received plus a set up fee of £450 subject to a minimum fee of £50.
Rent Collection Service
The rent collection service is the ideal package for the landlords who like to keep control on the day to day management of their property but do not wish to have the stress and worry of collecting the rent.
Fee for this service – 55% of the first months rent subject to a minimum fee of £450 and 6% of all rent payments received.
Tenant Find Only Service
The tenant find only service allows landlords to handle the day-to-day management of their property and collect the rent, allowing us to find you a tenant and carry out all of the necessary checks and produce the necessary paperwork.
Fee for this service 55% of the first months rent subject to a minimum fee of £450.
Full Management For Overseas Landlords
The fully managed service for landlords based overseas is the a popular option for those who want a worry free rental service.
10% of the rent received each month plus a set up fee of £450.
Schedule of Condition
This will be carried out prior to the move in date, and the cost of this will be dependent of the size of the property.
